The solution provides a flexible architecture that can be deployed in split, full-outdoor, or full-indoor scenarios. It features high reliability and end-to-end unified O&M management. It is widely used in broadband wireless transmission in vertical sectors, such as government, broadcasting, oil & gas, education, and electric power.

It belongs to Huawei RTN 900 split IP microwave series that consist of an indoor unit (IDU) and an outdoor unit (ODU). The OptiX RTN 950A provides six slots to flexibly support multiple service boards and convergence of up to 12 radio directions.
