The RTN560A plays an important role in the AirFlash train-to-ground data dump solution, closed-circuit television (CCTV) video backhaul solution, and mmWave high-speed radio transmission harbor solution.

Huawei launched the AirFlash train-to-ground wireless communication solution, which is based on 5G wireless communication technologies. It features ultra-large capacity, intelligent dump, strong interference immunity, strong environment suitability, simple O&M, and security, fully meeting the requirements of smart urban rail construction.

As a 60 MHz high-frequency millimeter-wave (57 GHz to 64 GHz) radio communications device, the RTN560A supports point-to-point (PTP) and point-to-multipoint (PTMP) networking. The RTN560A supports PTP and PTMP networking.

Network Application Networking
The RTN560A consists of the Train Access Unit (TAU) and Railway Base Station (RBS). A TAU is a highly integrated device with internal antennas. It receives data from the vehicle and transmits the data to the RBS. An RBS is also a highly integrated device with an internal antenna. It transmits the received TAU data to the upper-layer network.
In PTP networking, PTP service transmission between the RBS and TAU or between TAUs is implemented over radio communication links.
PTP networking (between the RBS and TAU):In PTP networking between the RBS and TAU, the TAU works in RT mode.

PTP networking (between TAUs):In PTP networking between TAUs, one TAU works in RT mode and the other TAU works in relay mode.

In PTMP networking, radio communication links are provided for PTMP service transmission between one RBS and multiple TAUs. The maximum horizontal coverage angle of a single RBS can reach 90 degrees.PTMP networking:If the RBS is networked with multiple TAUs, these TAUs work in RT mode.
